AIM: Placement Cell of Presidency College (PCPC) has been started with an aim of giving a Professional outlook and to evoke an inner conscience of each and every Student of Arts and Science College towards the Placement portal oriented planning and efforts while studying the course. The Coordinated efforts of the Principal, Placement cell Coordinators of Presidency College and the Student Coordinators selected every year in Under Graduate and Post Graduate levels forms a vibrant Network through the latest Communication advancements such as email, WhatsApp etc., The constant and Continuous updating of Placement, Higher Studies, Research scopes in various Research Stations, Universities in India and abroad are consciously delivered to each and every Student through this network to create an awareness and to make every student mentally and physically fit to enter into the apt Placement Portal in a decent salary. The Prime aim of the Placement Cell of Presidency College is to create every student as a worthy, socially, culturally, economically and commercially well fit Indian Citizen because the PROGRESS OF THE NATION depends on the development of every successful individual.
Objectives:
To create an awareness among the students about the Placement Scope for every individual available in our country.
To make them realize the Arts and Science College could also be a Campus for developing Professional skills to compete on par with the outcomes of other Professional courses.
To develop a self Confidence among every individual that, if planned well, aimed for a prospective future with certain fixed objectives and goals, Progress and Placement can be achieved for which interest in them is to be invested in action.
To give career guidance every now and then, discipline wise in order to irrigate the thrust for Placement and Leadership.
To promote the students from the downtrodden society towards a paradigm shift to Upper class on the aspect of Economic progress, as this is a vital factor to accelerate the GDP of our Nation.
